Who Should Buy Each One?

The Worx WG505 would be better for people with larger yards while the Worx WG512 would be a better choice for people who really buy this thing for the mulching ability.

One of the few knocks we had against the Worx WG505 is that in mulch mode, it gets jammed pretty easily. And even when it is operating smoothly, it still doesn’t produce mulch as fine as the Worx WG512.

Worx WG505 Vs Worx WG509

The Worx WG509 is almost identical to the Worx WG505.

They have the same CFM and air speed capacities. However, the Worx WG509 is slightly lighter than the Worx WG505.

Just keep in mind that the Worx WG509 is typically more expensive than the Worx WG505.

Worx WG512 Vs Worx WG522

One of the things that we liked about both of these blowers was that it was very easy to switch from blowing to vacuum mode.

They both have a lever that you can turn for almost instantaneous toggling between modes. However, the Worx WG522 would be more appropriate for large leaf blowing jobs. It is a bit louder; but if you have a larger property, it shouldn’t be a problem.
