All33 Chair Net Worth 2022 – What Happened After Shark Tank?

The ideal chair would be one that could be sat in for long periods without causing discomfort to the user’s lower body.

The concept of the All33 chair is that it is an ergonomically designed chair. The arms support a saddle-like structure at the bottom of All33. By using sit-in-motion technology, the user may maneuver the chair.

The user’s core, back, and circulation all benefit from this method. The startup launched its first crowdfunding campaigns on IndieGoGo and Kickstarter in late 2017/early 2018.

Now that they’ve appeared on “Shark Tank,” let’s check their progress. Continue reading for more information!

What Are All33 Chairs?

The company’s chairs are designed to support and align all 33 of your spinal discs, hence the name All33.

The All33 Chair line of goods is designed to promote health and reduce back discomfort. The chairs are a hybrid combination of an exercise ball and an ordinary desk chair.

The idea came from All33’s co-founder, Dr. Dennis Colonello. He is a chiropractor by trade who eventually made his way to Los Angeles. It was here that the idea for the first BackStrong chair was born, thanks to Dr. Dennis Colonello’s patients.

His patients would leave his office pain-free, only to return with back discomfort due to sitting for too long or on the wrong chair. Not too long after, the brilliant concept of All33 was born!

Shark Tank Appearance: Did it Go Through?

Dr. Dennis Colonello and Jim Grove created the All33 Chair, but Shark Tank featured All33 Chair CEO Bing Howenstein.

The CEO of ALL33, Bing Howenstein, went on an episode of “Shark Tank” and asked for $500,000 in exchange for 2.5% of the company.

Justin gave a highly enthusiastic assessment of the ALL33 chair, which Howenstein demonstrated by playing a video of him discussing the chair.

When Kevin sat in it, he found it comfortable, but he now finds its price too high to justify having it. After coming up with the idea with his partners for this device, Bing launched a successful crowdfunding campaign on the website Kickstarter and collected $800,000.

It is widely known that the going rate for a high-end chair is around $2,000; nevertheless, this ALL33 chair, which originally retailed for $799 in 2021 but is currently selling for $900 in July 2022, is a steal.

Assuming a total cost of $260 for production and distribution, Bing sees a profit of 67%.

Kevin questioned the founder, “You’re claiming a $20M valuation, but how much of that have you sold?”

The company’s founder estimates a $5 million profit for 2021 despite only making $3.2 million in sales.

Mark Cuban has stated that he is withdrawing from this deal because he does not want to be involved in the chair industry.

According to Barbara Corcoran, this is not a game-changing invention but rather “just a chair with some extra components.” That’s why she can no longer participate.

Daymond John claims he must leave because he has taken a job with a rival chair manufacturer, which could create a conflict of interest.

The valuation of this chair company is too high for Kevin O’Leary’s liking. Therefore he won’t be investing there.

The ALL33 chair CEO, unfortunately, walked away from the tank with no shark on his side.

Where is All33 Chairs company today?

The show’s All33 Chair company has continued to thrive even without a deal. In 2021, the business was recognized by Popular Science as the “Best Ergonomic Chair for Back Pain.”

A total of over 37,000 satisfied buyers have purchased this item so far. In July 2021, this corporation reportedly earned $4,000,000 in annual revenue.

The Daily Mail, New York, Forbes, Rolling Stone, etc., are some of the major news magazines covering this chair. Needless to say, they are doing very well for themselves. We look forward to seeing where they grow from here on out!
